Porter's Garden

Part of the Renaissance of Portsmouth Harbour Millennium scheme, the garden occupies the site of the original garden of the Porter's Lodge (1708) and extends to the site of a former car park adjacent to Boathouse 5 on the north side of College Road.

It is open all year round for visitors' enjoyment. The gardens are maintained by the Friends of Porter's Garden who visit weekly to tend and develop the space.

The garden won first prize for Most Attractive Garden in the Portsmouth & Southsea in Bloom competition 2002.
