Quick Fire Ammunition Store

Storage of quick fire ammunition, an important new type of Naval ordnance where the shell and cartridge formed a fixed unit contained in a brass case, like a larger version of a rifle bullet.  In 1915 the store was converted into a carpenters' machine shop for the Experimental Mining Depot.
