The refurbishment and conversion of Boathouse 4 for public use will be the next major building project undertaken by the Trust. Proposals have been drawn up by Eric Parry Architects which retain as much as possible of the existing building and maximize its waterfront position with extended public spaces, catering and retail. It is hoped the building will become a venue for temporary exhibitions, concerts, theatre and indoor markets.
